Merlin's 2500 Mile Bike Ride

Merlin Hardy's 2500 Mile Bike Ride · 25 May 2021
I'm cycling 2500 miles throughout May & June across the United Kingdom for Prostate Cancer UK.
Prostate cancer is the most commonly diagnosed cancer in the UK, killing 11,500 men a year. That’s one dad, partner, son, brother, grandad, uncle or mate every 45 minutes. I'm raising money to help fund lifesaving research for men and their families affected by the disease.
I set off from London on my bike back at the end of April and zig-zagged my way cross country, via Buckinghamshire, the Cotswolds, North Wales, dropping into Liverpool before heading north to Lancashire & The Lake District, where I easily got 500 miles of practice in and tested mind, body and machine. I'm now ready for my 2500 mile cycling challenge which I'm sure is going to test me even more!
I am literally living off my bike - carrying everything I need for the whole trip on two wheels.
Please do support me on this journey if you can, it's a cause dear to my heart and I will share updates on here & Instagram so you can follow me as I go.
