Thanks for visiting my fundraising page. On the 4th of July 2009 Mandy and I will be part of a team and joining other teams to compete in the ultimate challenge - The Back-Up Trust Snowdon Push 2009! Snowdon is over 3500 ft high. It is the highest mountain in Wales.

It is a hard enough challenge to walk it under normal circumstances, however we are going one step further. Each team has a wheelchair user. In our team that's me!! We have to get to the top of Snowdon and back down again by any means we can!!

After going on my first Back Up course in 2002, two years post injury, it made a huge difference to my life! I learnt new skills that made me more independent and improved my self confidence and motivation.
