On December 15th myself and my oppo Ray are going to attempt to Run/Walk 75 Km each in 12 hours or less in aid of Headley Court and Help for Heroes.

Im a month off 50 years old and Ray isnt far behind me,so it will be a great challenge to the both of us and a worthwhile effort whatever amount we manage to raise online and also with the help of Friends and family and the users and staff of Inspire Leisure(Littlehampton) who are kindly letting us use there Treadmills for the 12 hours and also who are sponsoring us.

Im Ex RN and have 2 sons currently serving (One in the RN and one in the Army) and Ray is from a Military background (His Father was a PTI in the Paras !!) So it is a worthy cause close to our hearts.

This Charity is looking to pay for a Pool and similar facilities at Headley Court near to Leatherhead.

It will enable wounded personell to undergo non-loadbearing physiotherapy.Extremely important for those getting used to prosthetic Limbs as you can imagine
