Wow! What an experience - if you're only going to run one marathon, run New York - it was FANTASTIC.

I bettered my personal goal of finishing in sub 4 hours 30, completing the course in 4 hrs, 14 mins, 25 secs.

Thanks so much for all the support - it was a HUGE help in getting me round, along with all the cheering, screaming New Yorkers who were absolutely amazing at keeping every single runner motivated to keep going. My friends also did brilliantly, all completing the course by bettering their personal goals.
