This year to celebrate my brother Jamesy's 21st birthday, I am running my 3rd London Marathon for Phab Kids. Many of you know Jamesey and his barriers including Cerebral Palsy and Hydrocephalus, I know anyone who meets him will agree his abilities far outshine his disabilities! With the support from Phab Kids others in similar circumstances will be able to have the oppourtunity to thrive.

I am asking everyone to be as generous as they can be, even if it's only the price of giving up a pint or two at the weekend. Donating is easy and totally secure.
