Story

                      The Two Castles Stroll 2007

                   In Memory of MICK McILROY

Thank you for visiting our fundraising page

If you have got this far you'll probably know we have finally settled on the date for our sponsored walk from Warwick Castle to Berkhamsted Castle in aid of :

The Hospice of St Francis (Berkhamsted) & St Luke's Hospice (Kenton)

We are setting out on the morning of Thursday 18th Oct and hope to finish by the late afternoon on Sunday 21st.

Well we finished it - some didn't think it could be done - but it was. We were tired but bouyed along by the company that joined us on Saturday and Sunday ...... and our feet were fine

We have some photographs and I will send them out to anyone who wants them... just email me at kevin.mcilroy1@btinternet.com and as soon as they are ready I'll send them out.

We are especially grateful to our major sponsors:

                       Hilary O'Connor (£1000)

Belmont Sevice Centre (Patrick  Dowling £300)

                       Belmont Service Centre (Mechanics £120))

                       KAMS Specialist Cars Ltd (£500)

                       Gilmac Holdings Ltd

                       The Spanish Arch, Belmont Circle

Donating through this site is simple, fast and totally secure. It is also the most efficient way to sponsor us, the Hospice will receive your money faster and, if you are a UK taxpayer, an extra 28% in tax will be added to your gift at no cost to you.

You can still sponsor us while this page is open.

The nice people at JustGiving have extended the life of this page until the end of January 2008 - so if you want you can donate until then.

So please sponsor us now!

Many thanks for your support.
