The guys “walking the walk” from the i360 to Hove lagoon and back (4.2 miles), are all members of MICK’s MOT (Men Only Tuesdays), a men’s generalist cancer support group looking after men in the Brighton and Hove area.

Our “walking/rolling group” are: Marc Valentine, Derrick Payne, Cullan Smyth, Tony Folger, Eddie Kehoe, Don Smith, Steve Murray, Lee Noble & Mark Foster.

We meet once a month in the beautiful surroundings of the Macmillan Horizon Cancer Centre on Bristol Gate in Brighton, where we share the space with each other, talking through our journeys and supporting each other with a laugh, a smile and lots of Tea!

The proceeds from the walk on the 7th September will benefit the Horizon Centre, ensuring they can continue to offer the kind of support MICK’s provides for our 30+ members, and the surrounding Brighton and Hove community.
