Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

Cambridge Children's Hospital is an exciting and vital project that aims to bring world-class pediatric care to the East of England. As the only region in England without a dedicated children's hospital, this innovative facility will serve 1.5 million children and young people across the area and beyond. Set to open in 2029, the hospital will provide comprehensive care for patients from birth to 18 years old, including specialized services for children with cancer and mental health conditions.

What sets Cambridge Children's Hospital apart is its innovative "whole child" approach, integrating physical and mental health care under one roof. The 35,000m² facility will feature over 160 beds, seven operating theatres, and a 5,000m² research institute focusing on critical areas such as genomic medicine, neurodevelopment, and childhood cancer. Located on the Cambridge Biomedical Campus, the hospital will benefit from proximity to other leading medical facilities and research centers. With a strong commitment to sustainability and patient-centered design, Cambridge Children's Hospital promises to transform pediatric care in the region and set new standards for children's hospitals worldwide.
