Fundraising for The Clarke Lister Brain Haemorrhage Foundation
£695
raised of £1,000 target
by 21 supporters
Event: BUPA Great North Run 2009, on 20 September 2009

Story

This page was set up prior to the Great North Run 2009 so that family and friends could sponsor me for the event and so that the money could go directly to my chosen charity, The Clarke Lister Brain Haemorrhage Foundation. However, I have decided to maintain the page indefinitely in order to continue fundraising. The page and the request for sponsorship will thus apply to future events which will be shown in the update below.

Update!

My next event is the Great North Run 2011. In very poor shape at the moment so will probably crawl home with the gorilla suits and human bananas! You could always sponsor me if you feel suitably sorry for me!!

About the charity

Established by Clarke's parents in 1996 when 10-year old Clarke Lister died suddenly of a brain haemorrhage. We promote and assist research into causes and treatment of brain haemorrhage and share the useful results for public benefit, as well as providing support services for families affected by brain haemorrhage
