Bolton Hospice looked after Granddad when he was dying and made his last months more bearable for him and the family. I always said I would do a fundraising event to say thankyou.

I didn't realsie I would do something as stupid as entering the UK Iron Man Triathlon! This is swimming 2.4 miles in a lake, getting out and riding 112 miles up some big hills and then finishing with a 'basic' 26.2 mile marathon!!
