Without wanting to bore you. We are about to embark on a 450 mile bike ride in Italy from Milan to Rome. We will need to cover an average of over 60 miles a day, whilst carrying all of our baggage (and Adam) on our bikes. We will be starting on June 27th and hope to complete the bike ride in 7 days.

In doing so we hope to raise £3,000 for WellChild. We would be greatly appreciative if you could help us reach our target as it is a very worthwhile cause. An explanation of which can be found on the blog opposite.
