We will be joining a team of 12 other walkers and a 6 member support team and will be taking part in completing the Three peaks challenge in 24 hours.

This event will take place on the 19th July 2014 and will involve walking up and down Ben Nevis in Scotland, Scafell Pike in the Lake district and Snowdon in Wales.. so lots of ground for us to cover in just 24 hours!

There has been so much organisation and hard work put into creating this event, to make sure we have the perfect team and support crew to keep us going along the way.

Training has been eventful...most of the team members have had a chance to walk up the mountains separately but for me and Charlie who live in London, it has been a different sort of training; including running up and down the steps of 'one tree hill' in Honor Oak Park. 5-6hr walks to Crystal Palace and Greenwich and then of course the late night "we must train" dvd workout's (always fun with Davina).

I think the thing that has driven us the most is knowing what the charity Leukaemia & Lymphoma research does and how they help more and more people each year from dying of blood cancer.

We look forward to completing the challenge and hope that you will support us and the team in raising money for this worthwhile charity which is very close to our hearts.
