Story

On the 24th March, 12 MindGymers will be visiting HMP Wandsworth's prison gym to take part in a competitive rowing challenge alongside 6 prisoners. We're doing so to raise money for PACT (Prison Advice and Care Trust).

PACT is an amazing charity - committed to reducing re-offending rates by helping imprisoned people build happier, healthier and more fulfilling lives. In particular, PACT helps them to connect better with their loved ones outside of the prison system. This is the #1 factor that reduces the likelihood of re-offending.

Over the last two years, the importance of connection to the people we love is something we've all been reminded of. Most prisoners have been separated from their loved ones for months on end during this time - making PACT's work more vital than ever.

Thank you so much for your support,
Jess, King, Beth, Alexis, Brendan, Millie, Karlien, Ignacio, Naomi, Henry, Marissa and Grace
