Hello my name is Molly and I am 10years old. I have been raising money for the British Hedgehog Preservation society for 2 years now.

 It all started at school when there was a project and I did a ‘help our hedgehogs’ booklet. After realising hedgehogs were now an endangered species I thought it was a good time to try and help. I started off by doing stalls selling hedgehog crafts and bakes. After that I wrote to Harron Homes (who are building a new housing estate near me) to ask them if they could put gaps in the fencing for hedgehogs to roam. Harron Homes wrote back and kindly gave £200 towards my £1000 target. I have given talks about helping hedgehogs in my school and in the community. A local Whist drive group where I did a stall and talk also donated their takings which was over £200! 

I have now raised £845 so I would love to raise the last £155 this year if possible. 

If anyone can spare a £1 to donate each name will then be entered into a draw to win a beautiful framed original print of a hedgehog painted by a local artist. There are 2 framed prints to be won so good luck.
