Story

We’ve decided to fundraise for The Jim Cronin Memorial Fund as a way to give something back to the primates who have helped progress human medical research and to support change towards positive legislation. Monkey World takes care of abused primates rescued from the illegal pet trade, entertainment industry and medical research industry. It is thanks to Monkey World that chimpanzees are no longer legally used as photographer’s props on Spanish beaches.

Monkey World has for many years been a charity close to our hearts. Simon suffers from asthma and Monkey World now cares for animals that have directly helped in his medication. To help fund care following their unnatural lives, we are going to climb Ben Nevis and camp under the stars on the mountain slopes.

Every donation will help towards feeding and rehabilitation as well as provide enrichment for animals who desperately deserve it. This charity means so much to us that we even got married at Monkey World! Please donate what you can today – thank you.
