My wife Beverley has triumphed over her severe stroke that she had at the age of 40.

Our recovery motto is, "Pace and Persistence".

So, I've taken up cycling for both mental and physical challenges. I participated in a sportive last year that covered Torr Head; thought I'd never attempt that again, but here I am!

Both Beverley and I benefit greatly from Northern Ireland Chest Heart & Stroke, and would be so grateful for any donation you could give.
