Story

We are a team of researchers in Southampton. We want to help local people with multiple sclerosis and we need your help!

Multiple sclerosis is a common neurological condition which affects over 100,000 people in the UK. We do cutting edge research together with people from all over the South Coast. We are creating new ways to monitor and prevent progression of disability in multiple sclerosis, including new treatmentsYou can find more information about our work by clicking here.

Right now we are raising £10,000 to create an advanced MRI brain scan for people with multiple sclerosis, which tells us how healthy their blood-brain barrier is. This is opening up a new understanding of multiple sclerosis and new hopes for treatment.
