Clinical Specialist Physiotherapists, Ed Day and Will McDermott, from Blackpool Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust are running the Edinburgh Marathon on 28th May 2017 in aid of Blue Skies Hospitals Fund.
Thanks to Blue Skies Hospitals Fund we received 3 bikes and 3 cross trainers for our Clifton, Fleetwood and Whitegate Physiotherapy gyms costing £7,862.
The new equipment is a fantastic benefit for the physiotherapy departments and is already helping to rehabilitate many of our patients, and support the promotion of exercise as part of a healthy lifestyle.
