Tough Mudder is without a doubt the toughest physical event I have ever decided to do. I think it would be fitting then to do in memory of the toughest and greatest man I have ever known, my father Grey Cuthbert Msonthi who died 18 Jan 2004 at the age of 64. He accomplished so many things despite his background that I cannot start to list them here. I thank God for him. How I wish he was here now!

The funds raised here will also help those that go to St John's Hospice for care. The Hospice cares for people with life limiting diseases inlcuding HIV and Cancer.
