Hello,
I want to raise money for the British Heart Foundation by cycling from London to Paris ..within four days - gulp!  This charity was brought to my attention after a dear friend lost his brother, John, to a heart attack far too early in life.  Your donation really will make a difference and will spur me on when the going gets tough!
