My cousin Amy and I are taking part in Race For Life Mud Run this Saturday because we're a little crazy, like mud and want to raise money for a charity who helps many people who have been affected or you know someone who has been affected by the villain that is cancer.

If all of our friends and family (that's you by the way) on Facebook alone gave just £1 we'd raise a whopping £1131!!!  Now that would be an amazing amount to raise wouldn't it...plus we're going to get ridiculously muddy, that's surely worth a £1 :)

£1's not a lot to ask is it?  Think about when you're going to buy a choccy bar or pint down the pub...you could live without that one couldn't you?  So please give just a little help to someone who really needs it and lets beat this together and give cancer the big heave-ho out of here it needs!
