Memory Walk 2018
Campaign by Alzheimer's Society (RCN 296645)
This year over 110,000 people walk united, against dementia. We aim, with your help to raise over £9 million to help anyone affected by dementia.

Story

As some of you may know my Dad was diagnosed with early onset dementia several years ago. It has been incredibly sad to watch his condition deteriorate the husband, father, son, brother, grandad and friend he used to be. Alzheimers and Dementia will probably touch most people at some point in their lives and currently there is no cure. So I am doing the Memory walk on 13th October with my brothers and our partners to raise money for a world without dementia. Please donate as much or as little as you can. Thanks x x x

Around 225,000 people develop dementia every year – that's the equivalent to one person every three minutes. This September and October Memory Walks will be taking place across England, Wales and Northern Ireland to raise money for a world without dementia. Arm in arm, step by step and pound by pound, we will get there. Once you donate, Just Giving will send your money directly to the Alzheimer's Society. So it's the most efficient way to raise money – saving time and cutting costs for the charity. Please dig deep and help us walk for a world without dementia.
