We are raising money in memory of our darling dad and grandfather Peter, our Major Dude, who we sadly lost on 30th April 2019 following a long battle with dementia. We'll be taking part in the 6km Memory Walk on Sunday 29th September. Around 225,000 people develop dementia every year, that's the equivalent to one person every three minutes. This September and October Memory Walks will be taking place across England, Wales and Northern Ireland to raise money for a world without dementia. Once you donate, JustGiving will send your money directly to Alzheimer's Society. So it's the most efficient way to raise money, saving time and cutting costs for the charity.
