For this year's challenge, which will be over three days, 31st May to 2nd June 2018,  I am going to be Cycling 69 miles of "The Painters Trail", canoeing 15 miles of the River Stour and walking 26 miles from Stratford St Mary along the River Stour to Newmarket.  I will be camping at the end of each day
