Hi! We are Nabeel and Mayaan and we are taking part in the Kiltwalk to raise money for Kanzen Karate Charity.

Kanzen does so much for the community, but for us, it has given us a family in Dundee. Whenever we miss our family and friends in Manchester, we remember our friends and Sensei's we see at training!

Nabeel: Since starting at Kanzen, I have won 3 gold and 2 silver medals, I want to become Scottish/World champion.

Mayaan: I am really good at punching and I practice with Nabeel at home.
