In December Nath and I will be running the Aintree Half Marathon in aid of Wirral Mind. 

Mental health is something that still isn't talked about enough and as we have both had our own struggles we want to set ourselves this target to show that no matter how hard things may get, things will always get better.

Any donations and shares would be much appreciated to show your support and spread awareness of Mental Health and to let everyone know, especially young lads, that it's okay not to be okay and everything gets that little bit easier when you open up and talk.
