Story
I started running back in October 2023 when I got the life changing news that rocked my family to the core, that our Navy would never cry , laugh take any steps or make any milestones.
Finding it impossible to sleep I started running a mile or so before bed, this quickly escalated to 5k a day and within months I knew I wanted to run the London Marathon. So here I am, 52 with a place!
When deciding who to run for, it seemed only fitting that it should be for Sands, the charity that gave my sister the treasured memories she would otherwise not have had.
Therefore I am asking you to please give generously, if you can to support this. If you are not able, I totally understand but please please be sure to share this link with others that may be able.
Thank you so much,
Louisa.
