I've been found out!!  Getting nicked and going to the big house. Not looking forward to seeing poor Amara's face       : (

From volunteering and mentoring at school, studying psychology and having a personal interest in Mental Health, it has always been a key interest of mine. 

Mental Health has also been an important part of my family life and personal experiences with friends and family have led me to strive to ensure communities are offered services, guidance and help for their own well being. Mental illness can happen to anyone at any stage of their life, it does not discriminate!

More and more research and support is being offered however mental health issues are and will be making headlines for some time to come. 

My goal is to fund raise for Mind in Harrow to support the essential work it carries out in the schools, local community and hospitals.
