Virgin London Marathon 2015 · 26 April 2015 ·

We’re there for people in Sussex and East Surrey, with expert hospice care, when and where they need us most. Our care is only possible thanks to the generosity of our local community who donate to and volunteer with us. Community support means we’re there when life comes full circle.

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

I am part of a team running the Virgin London Marathon 2015 raising funds for St Catherine's Hospice, Crawley. St Catherine's Hospice  are a local charity who provide specialised care to people living with terminal illness and support to their families, friends and carers.

Recently we The Magnificent 7 (Ian Watkins, Caroline Hamilton, Karen Wells, Nicky Pumford, Mark O'Donoghue, Cathy O'Donoghue,  and myself) have been touched by the work of St Catherine's in the care they provided for a fellow running friend's partner.  So in memory of Ronnie, we have all donned our trainers and will be pounding the pavements and footpaths relentlessly through wind, rain and snow towards our target of £12 250. Through your generous donations and support in our various forthcoming fund raising events, we can make this happen!

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity. So it’s the most efficient way to donate – saving time and cutting costs for the charity.
