After competing in marathons, strongman, powerlifting and an ironman event, I will be taking myself way out of my comfort zone and taking part in a physique model competition to help raise money for a cause close to my heart.

This challenge will not only require hours of dedication in the gym but also mental toughness outside the gym to keep my nutritional needs as clean as possible. I am a sufferer of Crohn's disease myself which will make my preparation harder, still not comparable to the suffering of Pancreatic Cancer patients.

I am raising money in memory of my rehabilitation client who unfortunately passed away from this incurable disease. He was an inspirational man to me who always stayed positive even at his lowest moment. He worked closely with Pancreatic Cancer Action who are a national charity dedicated to saving lives by improving early diagnosis of pancreatic cancer and the quality of patient survival, with your help that fund vital research.

I would be very grateful for any donation you can make towards my challenge but more importantly towards this cause which will always be close to my heart.
