Special friends of John Henry and his Mum,Nell have trekked across Wales to the coast (Borth) just arriving as the sun was setting in the sea.It was really beautiful.

Starting on 20.October 2008 this walk was an intrepid adventure in the J.H.spirit. We had a lot of laughs,got extremely wet at times,had picnics on the hillsides as red kites  hovered overhead. People wondering what 5 girls in corporate hats with rucksacks, walking at speed were doing in the wilds of mid Wales kindly donated to the fund including the wonderful B and B's. If you havent sponsored us you still can it would be amazing if we met our target.
