LLR - Wirral Bikeathon · 17 June 2012 ·

We're dedicated to beating blood cancer. We fund research and support those affected. Since 1960, we've invested over £500 million in blood cancer research, transforming treatments and saving lives. The day we beat blood cancer is now in sight and our researchers are determined to finish the job.

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

I have been cycling to get fit, and came across this bikeathon which has helped spur me on and give me something to aim for. The bikeathon is in aid of blood cancer, and takes place on 17th June 2012 - 19 years and 11 days after my diagnosis of Acute Lymphoblastic Leukaemia - and thanks to charities like this...a few years since the Royal Liverpool Hospital said they do not need to see me any more - thats as good as a cure in their book!

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer. So it’s the most efficient way to donate - I raise more, whilst saving time and cutting costs for the charity.

So please dig deep and donate now.
