Nick Kilhams died by suicide in May 2021. Nobody knew he had mental health issues. Our aim is to make mental heath support available to everyone within the London Insurance industry, so another tragedy like this does not occur again.

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

Raising money in support of NKF to initiate awareness and action to promote better mental health in memory of Nick is something I feel very strongly about. I consider 'What would Nick do' almost everyday, and I miss him. This 100+ mile run from the Cape Wrath lighthouse, also known as the Lloyd's Buildings, to John O'Groats will be hard, but knowing it is raising a significant amount of money to support individuals in and around the City of London and the wider insurance market suffering unnecessarily in silence will keep me going.

As agreed with Nick's wife, Catherine, 10% of the money raised will be shared with Mind in Somerset, a mental health charity supporting our rural community in the South West with a 24/7 Mindline and Crisis Safe Space.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving - they'll never sell them on or send unwanted emails.
