Our lives were turned upside down overnight and everything I held dear to me was put at jeopardy. Andrew and I clung on to every positive piece of information that we were given and tried to stay as optimistic as possible.The children were fantastic and quickly became used to seeing me ill. Surgery and radiotherapy were fine but chemotherapy was my lowest point, and without the help and love of family, friends and neighbours I have no idea how we would have got through it. We had meals dropped off, I found flowers on the doorstep, reflexology sessions and even a cleaner was provided! You were all amazing. Andrea X X</p> <p>.
