Hi Everybody,

                      I am in training as I write, preparing for my debut in The Great North Run on October 5th. I am very motivated to succeed as I would like to raise as much money as possible for The Louis Dundas Fund, through The Great Ormond St. Childrens' Hospital.

Louis was an incredibly brave and special little friend of ours, who lost his big battle against cancer at the tender age of four.

The fund in his name has been established by his family with the aim of easing suffering of children like Louis. It's first project will be to commission research into paediatric palliative care and pain management.
