Well, managed to drag the old body, screaming and shouting at times, round the course on Sunday in 3hrs 46 mins 26 secs. Not bad as it was very hot and I did manage to beat the panto horse (and Gordon Ramsay). Didn't get near my target time or even get a glimpse of Nell McAndrew as I'd hoped, but none of that matters.  It was a fantastic experience. Human nature at its best on display and, most important of all,  is the money raised for such a worthwhile cause. Thank you so much.
