Story
Thanks for visiting my fundraising page.
I was lucky enough to win a ballot place to run in this years Flora London Marathon on the 26th April. To keep me going on the early morning training runs I have decided to raise money on behalf of the Down's Syndrome Association.
My brother Scott (pictured) was born with Down's Syndrome 40 years ago, and whilst he has had an extremely happy life....listening to Abba and watching Dr Who....I know it can be a struggle for some families.
The Down's Syndrome Association provide information and support for people with Down's syndrome, their families and carers, and the professionals who work with them. They strive to improve knowledge of the condition and also champion the rights of people with Down's syndrome.
Donating through Justgiving is quick, easy and totally secure. It’s also the most efficient way to sponsor me: Down's Syndrome Association gets your money faster and, if you’re a UK taxpayer, Justgiving makes sure 25% in Gift Aid, plus a 3% supplement, are added to your donation.
Your sponsorship is gratefully appreciated by the DSA and will help me through my last few terrifying weeks of training.
Thank you so much for your support.
