Anyone can get Parkinson’s. It gets worse over time and there’s no cure. Yet. Funding research into the most promising treatments, we’re getting closer to a cure. Until then, we're improving life for people with Parkinson’s, and the people in their lives. Together we'll find a cure.

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

You may have ended up on this site from my blog http://nci1.wordpress.com. There I explain how I'm due to turn 30 next year and want to see my 20s out in style.

I'm trying to do 30 special things before I'm 30 and this charity abseil encapsulates two things - raise money for a charity close to my heart, and also to complete a big abseil.

I'll be descending one of the buildings at Staffordshire University on October 2. All of the money raised goes to the charity. I have paid an upfront fee to take part.

You're more than welcome to come and watch... it's at 12.30pm and I've been given the abseil number 30.... to add to the 30:30 theme.

Parkinson's UK will really help any support you can give them, by sponsoring me. You can click on their image on the side of the page to find out more about the charity.

**September 12th Update** Everyone's been so generous already and helped me smash my target. Off-line I've raised £43. What a great boost for the charity. Thanks again.

Thanks in advance.
