Virgin London Marathon 2016 · 24 April 2016 ·

Every two hours, someone in the UK will become paralysed. Globally, it is estimated that 15.4 million people are living with paralysis. At Spinal Research our vision is to create a world where paralysis can be cured, no matter when the injury occurred or where in the world.

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

The last time I ran a marathon I came last. I forgot my socks. And I had to run up and down a mountain which I didnt know about. Needless to say I weren't fully prepared. This time I will try not to embarrass my self so much... I'll at least try to remember all my running kit!

Spinal Research is a great cause... too many people have back problems and have to struggle through life in pain. They end up just having to live with it or face a traumatic surgery that could leave them paralyzed. What a horrible choice to be faced with. Every penny helps so anything that you can spare will make a big difference once its all added together. Pennys make pounds as they say...
