Nicola's Race for Life and Windermere swim, bike, run.

I lost my mum, Sandra Anderson, to Cancer on December 22nd last year. I miss her everyday and I wish I could bring her back. I know this can't happen but hope by raising some money other people and their families might not have to go through the pain and suffering we have.
In memory of my mum and to hopefully inspire people to sponsor me, I'm taking part in two events this year:
In June myself, my sister-in-law Richmal and my five year old daughter Annabelle are running in Cancer Research UK's Race for Life in Preston, my mum's home town.
In August I'm going to complete a three day triathlon in and around Lake Windermere. On the first day I'm swimming the epic 11 mile length of the lake. The following day I'm going to be cycling a 44 mile loop around Windermere and Conniston water and then on the third day I'm running a 6 mile course near the lake. A total of 61 miles for my mum's 61 wonderful years.
Please join the fight by digging deep and sponsoring me - it's quick, easy and totally secure.
Events like this are vital in funding Cancer Research UK's life-saving work into preventing, diagnosing and treating cancer. By sponsoring me, we can unite and create an army that cancer can't ignore. By sponsoring me, we will beat cancer sooner.
