The YMCA helps empower our community in amazing ways. We have many programs including LiveStrong, Open Doors Program, and Operation Ventura. As a swim Instructor, I am especially excited for our 3rd Grade Learn to Swim Program. We partner with elementary schools across Ventura to teach the life saving skill of swimming- for free. It brings me so much joy when I get to see kids gain confidence and experience their accomplishments with them.
I love seeing the smile on kids faces when they first swim across the pool independently. 
Swimming has always been a special part of my life and I am privileged to teach kids how to swim over the past years. With your support we can make a difference.
