Story

Thanks for visiting the page for Nintober 2014. As many of you will know, I have traditionally drawn 31 monsters in 31 days in the run-up to Halloween to raise money for the MS Society in honour of my sister Satsy who suffers from the illness.

However, during October last year we lost my little brother Michael who took his own life. After a few troubled years, he seemed to be free of the black dog that hounded him, but outward appearance can be deceiving.

And so, this year, we agreed that we would collect for a charity a little closer to his memory.

This year, I drew 10 videogame monsters in 10 days in the run-up to Halloween. We raised the money by taking monster requests for £20 each. The requests are now closed and Nintober is finished for another year - but you can see the results of the requests right here on this page, or by visiting the Tumblr (where you can also see the full line-up of over 100 monsters drawn over the years):

I would like to thank everyone for their generous donations. You can continue donating (any amount is welcome) if you enjoyed Nintober or would like to give some money to a worthy cause.

Thank you!
