Story
Approximately 90,000 people have dementia in Scotland in 2016. Around 3,200 of these people are under the age of 65.
Alzheimer Scotland provides support for people with dementia and their carers and as a thank you for all the support they have given my Dad, I thought it would be nice to try help them out too.
On Thursday 25th August I'll be cycling 169 miles (273km) on road around the Cairngorms National Park. Starting at Pitlochry, my route will take me to Glenshee, over The Lecht and up the Cairngorm mountain. From there I'll be turning round and making my way to the National Cycle Network's Route 7 which will bring me back down to Pitlochry. You can view the route by following the link below.

Anything you can spare to help them keep up the good work would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks
Neill
