Story
The challenge is for Adam Nash (Air Ambulance Paramedic), Alex Quibell (Student Paramedic) and James Windross (Student Paramedic) to ride from Edinburgh to Northampton in 24 hours non-stop. The route will take them on a 338 mile pedal marathon. (That's excluding any wrong turns or getting lost).
Starting in Edinburgh at 6pm they will ride through the night, getting to Northampton by 6pm the following evening.
This will all be in aid of The Air Ambulance Service, which saves lives across Warwickshire and Northamptonshire everyday, operating purely from charitable donations.
They haven't thought about food. They haven't thought about toilets and they won't get any sleep. You'll be able to follow the challenge here, with live updates during the challenge itself with photos and videos. Follow now so you don't miss out!!
