London-based DECO Ensemble whose members come from a different cultural and musical backgrounds, presents an evening of music of Astor Piazzolla – an Argentine composer (1921-1992). An accomplished bandoneonist, he regularly performed with a variety of ensembles, and revolutionised the traditional tango into a new style termed nuevo tango, incorporating elements from jazz and classical music.
