Last year I ran the London marathon for a wonderful charity that helped my wife-to-be and her family enormously.

This year I am joining Men Utd and running the Edinburgh Marathon for Prostate Cancer UK, another charity that is incredibly close to my family´s heart. The work this charity carries out undoubtedly helped my Dad with his early diagnosis of prostate cancer. Thankfully  the subsequent surgery he underwent has resulted in a full recovery and means we can all enjoy many more years of Big J and his insatiable appetite for life.

Any donation, however big or small, would be hugely appreciated and will help Prostate Cancer UK help other families like ours.
