Story

After running the Bristol Half Marathon last year, I have decided to run the Surrey Half (March 12th) and Paris Marathon (April 9th). I am running in memory of my Grandmother May French.

I am running for MacMillan's Cancer Support Services, they have been amazing at supporting family and friends in exceptionally hard times. The service they provide not only helps people who are living with cancer, but also supports their loved ones.

They are able to provide guidance to help family and friends understand what someone is going through, help those affected to cope and give advice on the best resources available to them.

One of the most important things I have witnessed them do is allow time for respite of friends and family who are looking after their loves ones, they are always there to provide support.

I am aiming for a four hour marathon and have actually started training this time around.

I would appreciate any contribution you feel happy to make.

Thanks for your help,

Otis
