Zoe Tibbs sadly passed away on Sunday 16th September 2018 after a 16 year battle with Bipolar. 

It's hard to understand how someone who touched so many hearts, who is loved by so many and only wanted good things for people could struggle the way she did.

She fought a fight we could not begin to imagine, and even though we all battled by her side, hand in hand, bipolar won.

Zoe did not lose. Zoe is the bravest, strongest, smartest, most beautiful person we could ever dream of knowing. Our wonderful ray of sunshine. 

In memory of Zoe, donations are being made in her name for Bipolar UK.
