The Lullaby Trust exists to keep babies safe and to keep grieving families supported. We fund life-saving research, empower families with expert baby safety advice and support grieving families through their darkest days. We won’t give up until no baby dies suddenly or unexpectedly.

Story

Dear friends and family,

Please help us remember our beautiful our 19-month-old daughter, Jessica Pearl, by giving to a charity that is now close to our hearts.

Jessica was taken from us very suddenly and without explanation. We'd like to help the Foundation for the Study of Infant Deaths (FSID) research why this happened, help other parents in our situation and ultimately reduce the chance of it happening again.

FSID's work covers sudden and unexplained deaths of infants under two years old. Usually this is referred to as "cot death" as the child does not wake up from sleep. Whilst Jessica did not die in her sleep, the reason for her death is unexplained and this is what FSID is working towards understanding.

We feel so very lucky to have had Jessica Pearl for 19 wonderful months and will love and cherish her always. She will forever be in our hearts.

Thank you for your generosity.

Love,

Abi & Graham
