My team is raising funds for Habitat for Humanity of Champaign County's "Raise the Woof!" event, as we support Habitat's mission of a world where everyone has a safe, decent, and affordable place to call home. Over 50% of renters in Champaign County are overburdened by their housing costs, and there is limited access to affordable housing. Every dollar donated will go towards making affordable housing a reality for qualifying home buyers and each Habitat homebuyer, in turn, gives back to the community that gave so generously to them.
